The service
Project Hunter AI surfaces and scores publicly-available construction-related records for NYC properties. Scores and AI summaries are informational — verify before contacting property owners or filing for work.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell raw exports, send unsolicited spam, or use the service to violate local outreach laws. Don't share your account.
Subscriptions
Plans bill monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
