To operate the service (search NYC Open Data, score leads, generate AI briefings), to bill your subscription, and to send transactional emails about your account.
We don't sell your data. We share only with the processors required to run the service: Lovable Cloud (database/auth), Stripe (payments), and the model providers behind our AI features.
All property and permit data shown in the app originates from NYC Open Data and is already public. We don't add private information to any property record.
You can export your saved leads, delete your account, or request a copy of your data by emailing support@projecthunter.ai.
